Research & educational framing Products offered through ENDURE are sold for lawful laboratory, research, and educational contexts unless a specific product is expressly labeled otherwise. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Educational content, Learning Center articles, goal pages, and product descriptions are informational only. ## 2. Eligibility By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that: - You are at least 18 years of age - You will use the site and products in compliance with applicable laws - Information you provide is accurate and not misleading - You will not use products for prohibited human or animal administration where restricted by law or by these Terms We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders or accounts at our discretion for compliance, fraud, or misuse risk. ## 3. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. ## 4. Orders, pricing, and payment All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices, availability, and promotions may change. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted checkout availability. Stripe and other payment methods may be enabled over time. Until a payment method is enabled for this storefront, checkout may be unavailable. ## 5. Shipping Orders ship from US fulfillment when operational. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers upon shipment unless otherwise required by law. See the Shipping Policy for details. ## 6. Returns Due to the nature of research and wellness products, returns are limited. See the Returns Policy. Opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered products generally cannot be returned to inventory. ## 7. Affiliate program Affiliate participation is subject to separate affiliate terms presented during application and in the affiliate portal. We may suspend affiliates for fraud, brand misuse, or policy violations. ## 8. Intellectual property Site content, branding, logos, and educational materials are owned by ENDURE or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse brand assets except as expressly permitted (for example, approved affiliate marketing assets). ## 9. Disclaimers THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ## 10. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDURE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. ## 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENDURE and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of law. ## 12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state designated by the operating entity for ENDURE Naturals, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute procedures may be updated when the operating entity’s counsel finalizes governing-law details. ## 13. Changes We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version.
